After a comprehensive review of our services, we have made the difficult decision to cease the delivery our Support Coordination services from Friday 30 May 2025.

This page contains resources about this change and will be updated as new information becomes available.

Why we are making this change

The findings of the Disability Royal Commission and evolving reforms within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) highlight the necessity of addressing potential conflicts of interest by separating support coordination from other forms of service delivery.

In response to the evolving landscape of the NDIS, we have decided to change our operating model to better align our services with the upcoming changes in the sector.

This change aims to strengthen independence in support coordination and reduce conflicts of interest, ensuring that clients have the freedom to choose providers that best suit their needs and goals.

What this change means for the people we support

Every person we support will continue to receive high-quality support coordination services from skilled and dedicated staff.

As part of this change, the people we support will need to choose a new Support Coordination provider. If they wish, we will assist them in this process. Our team will:

  • Provide a tailored list of NDIS-registered providers in their area.
  • Explain the services offered by these providers to help them understand their options.
  • Support them in making an informed decision based on their preferences and needs.
  • Facilitate referrals and ensure that all necessary information is shared for a smooth handover.
