Support
As a tenant of Cirque you have the opportunity to join the Enliven Community Cooperative, a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most from your NDIS Core Support budget. As part of the tenant controlled cooperative, you can get to know other SDA funded residents in the complex and optimise shared support.
On-site support may be available 24/7 based on the Community Cooperative needs via two-way communications with the support worker.
Accessibility
All apartments are wheelchair accessible and have provisions for automatic doors and ceiling hoists.
Funding
Applicants are required to have Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability in their plan. Onsite support is to be funded according to the ‘Unplanned onsite shared supports in Specialist Disability Accommodation’ line item in the NDIS Schedule of Supports.
